When Apple TV offers it, use your iPhone or iPad as the keyboard to type the details.
I cannot find the player in the App Store.
Search the full app name and check that your tvOS version is current and that the app is offered in your App Store region.
The stream pauses on Wi-Fi.
Use Ethernet on models that have an Ethernet port, or move the Apple TV closer to your router.
