Common issues on Android TV
The player is missing from Google Play on my box.
Check that the box is Google-certified and fully updated. Some uncertified Android boxes have limited Play Store access.
The TV guide (EPG) is empty.
Add or refresh the EPG in the player’s settings and allow a few minutes for it to download.
Playback stutters after a while.
Update the player, clear its cache and try switching hardware decoding on or off in the settings.
The login works but categories are empty.
Re-add the login, make sure the server URL has no spaces, and restart the app.

Tips
- TiviMate offers the cleanest EPG layout and channel grouping on Android TV.
- Enable the player’s EPG update option so the TV guide stays current.
